One of the most meaningful parts of my role was supporting initiatives where we provided products to cancer survivors and patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. La Roche-Posay has built a strong reputation for creating formulas gentle enough for sensitive skin, including those in treatment and children, which made this work especially impactful.

My work focused on analyzing creator performance over time to identify genuine brand advocacy and support long-term influencer strategy. Using tools like Traackr and Sprinklr I helped track engagement patterns, surface high-value creators, and ensure partnerships aligned with brand goals. This approach emphasized consistency over one-off campaigns, helping build sustained relationships, strengthen brand trust, and support more effective, data-informed marketing decisions.
